About
Denise has a BA (Hons) Degree in textile design which led to a career as a colourist and designer in the furnishing industry.
She has continued her passion for colour and texture in painting her local environment. She endeavours to recreate a sense of being immersed in the unique rugged fauna of the Ashdown Forest and capturing the ever changing seasons and open skies. She predominantly uses oils on board. Denise also does study drawing and portraiture and has exhibited in galleries regularly.
